Service Policies
Data Loss Policy
Ormond Computer Company is not responsible for any data loss (this includes any corrupt, infected or damaged data due to poor disk maintenance, failing disks, virus/spyware infection, or customer mismanagement of PC as well as Acts of God), customer is required to inform Ormond Computer Company of any data or application that may include data to be backed up prior to service. Ormond Computer Company will attempt every effort to retrieve any client data.
CD/Product Installation Keys (Software) Policy
Customer is responsible for any CD key necessary for the installation/re-installation of software included on customer PC. This includes but is not limited to: Operating System, Office Suites, Financial Applications, Development Application, etc…
If a key cannot be provided then said software will not be installed or reinstalled.
Payment Policy
Ormond Computer Company will provide client with our high quality of service to best return client PC in working order. Payment for this service is required after work has been done and before Ormond Computer Company returns PC to client.
Special Order and Custom Computer Policy
Ormond Computer Company builds high quality servers and workstations that are unique to the individual or company and their needs. To keep our prices low and reasonable all custom systems require payment in full prior to any part ordered (unless otherwise agreed). Client has until the end of the business day of special order or custom PC to cancel order. After items have been ordered and customer cancels, customer will incur a 25% restocking fee for cancelled order. Client will be informed as to the time it takes to obtain special ordered and custom built items and will also be informed of any delays if need be.
Storage/Repair Policy
Any item left (not picked up) for 30 days or unpaid for, become the property of Ormond Computer Company (unless other arrangements have been made prior to service).
